Developing Student Leaders Using a Hybrid Model

Abstract
This presentation challenges the argument that leadership can be taught AND using a new on-line hybrid model. This presentation examines the development of student leaders through multi-varied educational approach. I describe how the curriculum supports creating a community of learning and develops analytical skills that transform student’s personal leadership models and values. Data have been collected from university and student sources that supports that the objectives of the course are being achieved.
