Abstract

A brief history of the Journal will be discussed. Â However, the main purpose of this presentation is to discuss how an author can submit to the Journal. Â Also, the blind-review process that is used will be detailed. Â We will also cover how an author can enhance the probability of a successful review process and achieve publication of his/her submission.
