Abstract


In a previous paper by the authors in 2008, evidence of de facto employment discrimination against minorities using independent contractors as sales agents by major real estate brokerage offices in multiple cities throughout the continental United States was shown.  Since this initial study, America has elected a minority as President of the United States.  This paper will look at the impact on employment of independent contractors to determine if there appears to be less discrimination against minorities.
