NABET Call for Papers
42nd Annual Meeting of NABET, a Peer-Reviewed National Conference
Dates: November 7th & 8th, 2019. Location: Days Inn-State College, PA.
The National Association of Business, Economics and Technology invites papers for presentation at its 42nd Annual Meeting. The meeting provides an opportunity to present your research and discuss a variety of current issues in Business, Economics and Information Technology. This is your chance to get involved with a dynamic, national academic organization. To be considered for the program, please submit one of the following:
- An abstract (between 100 and 250 words), or
- A proposal for a workshop (e.g., innovative teaching techniques), or
- A proposal for a special session (e.g., economics of healthcare), or
- A proposal for a panel discussion or symposium.
Presentations at the Conference can be based on either completed papers, or work that is still in-process.

Completed papers of authors who have completed the conference registration process, that are submitted by September 30, 2019 will be eligible for the Best Paper Award.
Topics in the various disciplines of business (including sport management), economics and information technology qualify for the conference.
NABET is a politically non-partisan organization. Therefore, papers that primarily focus on political, religious, gender or other societal/political topics will be considered inappropriate for the NABET Conference.
Papers presented at the Annual Meeting will be eligible for publication in the Peer Reviewed Conference Proceedings.
Conference Submission Deadline: October 15, 2019
**Conference Fee Schedule (the following amounts are not proratable)
- Early Registration: $160 (Must be received no later than June 30, 2019)
- Regular Registration: $180 (Must be received no later than October 31, 2019)
- Standard Registration: $225 (If received after October 31, 2019)
Note: Standard Registration Pricing will be in effect from November 1, 2019 until November 8, 2019.
However, Registration and Payment must be completed by October 21, 2019 in order for your presentation to be included in the Conference Program.

NABET is also the publisher of a refereed journal (listed in Cabell's) - the Journal of Business, Economics and Technology (formerly the Northeast Journal of Business, Economics and Technology). Publication in the Journal of Business, Economics and Technology (JBET) is possible after successful completion of a double-blind review process. Submission to JBET is mutually exclusive of the NABET Conference.
